Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning carries an extra charge from mid-June to mid-Spetember. Please note that heating carries an extra charge from mid-October to mid-May.
