In the building/area there are: a restaurant, a bar, a terrace, a lava grill, a wine shop, a coffee shop, tennis courts, bike rent, a conference hall (60 people, videoprojection, internet connection, sound system and lit room, flower and display decoration, interpreting services), a saloon (10 people).
