Please note that guests wishing to check-out earlier will be charged the full amount of the original reservation. Please note that if guests wish an invoice, they must provide the VAT number at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the property.
